- a great source to see both sides of the American Revolution.
Maynard, Christopher, Scholastic Books (2004)- The History News Revolution (The Greatest Newspaper in Civilization)
- a book written in a newspaper article format discussing the big events of the American Revolution.

www.historyplace.com - information provided in an easy to read timeline format. ( used this resource to create scavenger hunt and students used to find all the answers)

www.eyewitnesstohistory.com - teacher driven resource which has many primary and secondary sources such as descriptions and quotes from men who fought in the battle on April 19th, 1775. (used in the reenactment between 4th and 5th graders)
